My methods
My classes are all-levels friendly and designed to be the building blocks of my students’ wellness journey. I incorporate proper alignment and somatic movement to break down the “how”, so students can refine foundational knowledge of their body and develop a practice that feels good and encourages growth. Students are empowered to progress with clarity, uncover their “why” and ultimately achieve a deeper mind-body connection that fosters healing and well-being.
PRIVATE AND CORPORATE PROGRAMS AND EVENTS
I work with corporates and partners to tailor on-request programs. Most recently, I taught at the Singapore Wellness Festival (post-event post here) and have collaborated with Grab, Sonos, Wise and Dulwich College.
I can also tailor programs for private events or classes - the individualized attention means students can get the most out of their practice. Let me know if you are interested in working with me!
